Chrome

• At the top right corner, click on the "three-dot" menu.

• Click “More tools” and then "Clear browsing data".

• At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select “All time.”

• Please check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

• Click on the “Clear data” button.

Firefox

• Click on the “Menu” button (3 strips at the top right corner) and select the option “Settings”.

• Select the “Privacy & Security” panel and go to the “Cookies and Site Data” section.

• Click the “Clear Data” button. The “Clear Data” dialog will appear.

• Click “Clear”.
