Terms and Conditions

1.1. In these T&C, where commencing with a capital letter and unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the expressions below shall have the following meanings:

1.1.1. “Bonus” means any patrimonial advantage or benefit granted by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites to encourage or reward those who carry out any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities with them;

1.1.2. “Chargebacks” means any specific fees and/or costs that are charged by third parties to the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites solely because a given person carries out any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities with them;

1.1.3. “Force Majeure” means all and any circumstances or events beyond the control of LiveSponsors, including without limitation, acts of God, diseases, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, lock-out or any other industrial dispute, civil commotion, sabotage, expropriation, changes in law, national or local emergencies, floods, fires, explosions or unforeseeable accidents causing damage to or destruction, in whole or in part, of the service or property necessary to perform the Services and/or to comply with the Programs and other offers that exist in the Platform, as comprised under these T&C;

1.1.4. “Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites” means any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling (namely casino) websites, which are not owned nor operated or explored by LiveSponsors, that are promoted on and can be accessed through the Platform;

1.1.5. “Gross Rake” means the fee that a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website charges to a User, without deductions, for every hand or tournament that he plays within that website;

1.1.6. “Jurisdiction” means a country, a state or territory, as it may be applicable to the case;

1.1.7. “LiveSponsors” means LiveSponsors, Lda., a commercial company duly organized and existing under the laws of Portugal;

1.1.8. “LS Account” means an account that a User has in the Platform after his/her registration herein has been fully completed;

1.1.9. “LS Points” means the points that are awarded by LiveSponsors to a User and credited at the respective LS Account as a result of the latter playing on Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites or as determined by the provisions of the Programs governed by these T&C, as it may be applicable to the case;

1.1.10. “Loyalty Program” means the common loyalty program designed by LiveSponsors to attract and retain all the Users of the Platform, by rewarding their loyalty through the grant of incentives, particularly under the form of LS Points, as governed by Section 4 of these T&C;

1.1.11. “Net Rake” means the fee that a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website charges to a User for every hand or tournament that he plays within that website, less any Bonuses, other statutory deductions, and any payments due to other entities, namely Chargebacks;

1.1.12. “Personal Information” means any information relating to an individual, including but not limited to the person's full name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, gender, date of birth, personal password and username;

1.1.13. “Platform” means the website www.livesponsors.com, which is legally owned by LiveSponsors;

1.1.14. “Policy” means the privacy policy followed by LiveSponsors related to the treatment and protection of Personal Information, made available on the Platform, as the same may be amended from time to time, in accordance with the provisions embodied therein;

1.1.15. “Programs” means, collectively, the Loyalty Program, the VIP Program and the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, as these programs are defined and governed by these T&C;

1.1.16. “«Refer-a-Friend» Bonus” means the additional LS Points that both Referrer User and Referred User receives from LiveSponsors, under the terms and conditions of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, after the latter generates his/her first LS Points from the poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity carried out at the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites;

1.1.17. “«Refer-a-Friend» Rewards” means the additional LS Points that the Referrer User receives from LiveSponsors, under the terms and conditions of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, from the LS Points generated by the Referred User throughout the time from the poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity carried out at the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites;

1.1.18. “«Refer-a-Friend» Program” means the program designed by LiveSponsors to encourage Users to refer the Platform to new Users, by rewarding their marketing and promotional efforts through the grant of certain incentives, particularly under the form of «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus and eventually «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards, as governed by Section 7 of these T&C;

1.1.19. “Referred User” means a person that clicked on a Referrer User Link shared by a Referrer User to become a new User of the Platform, under the terms and conditions of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program governed by Section 7 of these T&C;

1.1.20. “Referrer User” means a User that shares the Referrer User Link to acquire Referred Users, under the terms and conditions of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program governed by Section 7 of these T&C;

1.1.21. “Referrer User Link” means a unique URL, belonging to a Referrer User to direct potential Referred Users to the Platform, that allows LiveSponsors to associate the Referred User who clicked on that specific type of weblink to the Referrer User who shared that weblink using an e-mail or any other technological mean;

1.1.22. “Reward Store” means an online store available on the Platform where the Users may purchase for products and/or services made available therein by LiveSponsors in exchange for theirs LS Points;

1.1.23. “Services” means the marketing and promotional activity carried out by LiveSponsors, as better detailed in Section 2 of these T&C;

1.1.24. “T&C” means these general Terms and Conditions, as these may be amended from time to time, in accordance with the provisions herein;

1.1.25. “Turnover” means the total amount of money bet by a User in a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, before any winnings and other expenses or losses are deducted;

1.1.26. “User” means any person that is registered and has an LS Account;

1.1.27. "User Menu” means the reserved area of the Platform where a User can, namely, have access to relevant information related to the Platform and manage its own LS Account;

1.1.28. “VIP Program” means the special loyalty program designed by LiveSponsors to attract and retain certain Users of the Platform, by rewarding their intense loyalty through the grant of an additional amount of incentives, particularly under the form of LS Points, as governed by Section 5 of these T&C; and

1.1.29. “VIP User” means a User that, after being offered membership of the VIP Program by LiveSponsors, becomes a participant of the said Program governed by Section 5 of these T&C.

1.2. The headings of the Sections of this Policy are included for mere convenience and shall not be considered in its interpretation or construction.

1.3. In this Policy, unless stated otherwise, any references to Sections or paragraphs concern Sections or paragraphs of this Policy, if any.

1.4. The expressions defined above in the singular may be used in the plural, and vice-versa, with the corresponding change to their meaning.

2.1. LiveSponsors is focused on promoting online gambling and betting among professional and occasional gamblers and bettors.

2.2. To do so, LiveSponsors has established partnerships with well-known Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites around the world to be legally authorized to promote them online, as well as their online or land-based gambling and betting activities and events.

2.3. LiveSponsors uses different kinds of technological tools and media platforms (e.g., websites, newsletters, e-mails, SMS, phone calls, social networks, influencers, among others) to conduct marketing and promotional campaigns for the benefit of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites with whom LiveSponsors has established partnerships.

2.4. The Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites with whom LiveSponsors has established partnerships with also benefit from the Programs designed and developed by LiveSponsors to address its worldwide community of Users and potential Users.

2.5. Due to the partnerships that have been established between LiveSponsors and Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, LiveSponsors’ worldwide community of Users has access to some of the best platforms and tournaments, in both regulated and non-regulated markets, as well as to special deals and benefits, such as promotions and exclusive access to certain live poker and other gambling events.

2.6. As a consideration for the promotion of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites with whom LiveSponsors has established partnerships with and of their respective online or land-based gambling and betting activities and events, LiveSponsors receives a commission from those websites that is computed based on the activity that the Users carry out in each of those websites.

2.7. A part of the commission that is paid to LiveSponsors by Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites with whom LiveSponsors has established partnerships with is given back to the Users in the form of LS Points, under LiveSponsors’ Programs.

3.1. To register on the Platform, a potential User must:

3.1.1. be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or any other minimum legal majority in the Jurisdiction in which that potential User is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled; and

3.1.2. Not be nor have been, due to any legal reason, excluded (either by his/her own initiative or by the order of third parties) from conducting poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities, namely but not limited to the Jurisdiction in which that potential User is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled.

3.2. It is responsibility of a potential User to ensure that the registration on the Platform and further use of the Platform is in accordance and compliant with the laws of the Jurisdiction in which that potential User is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled. Consequently, a person who is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled in a Jurisdiction that prohibits online poker, sports betting and/or other gambling cannot and should not be registered on the Platform as a User.

3.3. LiveSponsors reserves the right to request, either for registration and/or Platform’s usage purposes, proper and satisfactory documentation to verify the age and/or identity of a potential User or a User, as it may be the case.

3.4. LiveSponsors has the right to block either a potential User’s registration and/or a LS Account of a User until it has provided the documental proof required by LiveSponsors under the preceding paragraph.

3.5. LiveSponsors may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse a registration of a potential User.

3.6. To be able to proceed to the registration process on the Platform, a potential User must fill in the required fields, namely by entering in the Platform its e-mail address and password, which should be permanently kept confidential by the potential User. Moreover, to have its registration process on the Platform fully completed, a potential User must provide to LiveSponsors other sorts of Personal Information, namely but not limited its full name, age and mailing address.

3.7. While a User keeps its registration on the Platform, that User has the obligation to maintain the Personal Information that has been disclosed to LiveSponsors up to date and any eventual changes that might occur in the future regarding such Personal Information should be updated in the User Menu.

3.8. After the registration on the Platform, a User is authorised by LiveSponsors to use the Platform, his/her LS Account and the Programs available there for free. For the avoidance of doubt, this authorization granted by LiveSponsors to a User does not grant or represent a right of that User nor an obligation to LiveSponsors to provide specific content and/or of the Platform to any User under any circumstances and in any extent.

3.9. In addition to the complimentary use of the Platform, his/her LS Account and the Programs available there, a User can register on the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, by using weblinks provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform, as long as the registration requirements respectively foreseen on those websites are duly met by that User. Note, however, that LiveSponsors may not, in no case or circumstance, be held responsible for the content, offers and/or services provided to Users by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites or other partners connected to the Platform.

3.10. When a User uses the weblinks that were provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform to register and connect to any Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, that User is accepting that some of his/her Personal Information and playing activity may be exchanged between LiveSponsors and those Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

3.11. To avoid any damage to other Users, a User of the Platform is not allowed to create more than 1 (one) LS Account nor more than 1 (one) account within each of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites. Please note LiveSponsors has the right to terminate, at any time, any LS Account that has been created in breach of the conditions stated herein, namely (but not limited to) any further LS Accounts created by a User, beyond the first one, registered at LiveSponsors’ Platform.

3.12. A User also acknowledges that he will not register, nor use or allow the use of the Platform to engage or carry out, directly or indirectly, either alone or in collusion with a third party, any sort of fraudulent, criminal or illegal activity, such as, but not limited to, collusion, cheating, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity or any action in bad faith or that is detrimental to the conduct of LiveSponsors’ business and/or reputation.

3.13. With the registration process on the Platform being complete, the new User is expressly acknowledging that such User has read these T&C and that undertakes to comply with them without reservation and is also declaring that:

3.13.1. is not permanently or temporarily resident nor domiciled in a Jurisdiction that prohibits online poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities;

3.13.2. has at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or any other minimum legal majority in the Jurisdiction in which he/she is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled;

3.13.3. is not, in any circumstance, either on its own initiative or by the order of third parties, prohibited or prevented to carry out any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities under the law of the Jurisdiction in which the User is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled;

3.13.4. is an individual that has full legal capacity and that is not incapacitated, prohibited, debarred, insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to any legal limitation or punishment regarding namely (but not limited to) carrying out online poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities;

3.13.5. has never held in the past (under the same name or any other name or alias) a LS Account;

3.13.6. is not acting on behalf on any third party;

3.13.7. does not use (nor use in the future) any device, robot, spider, software, routine or another method (or any similar mechanism or tool) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of either the Platform and/or the Programs, as well as of any information or any transactions that may be offered or carried out at or through the Platform;

3.13.8. all the Personal Information and documents provided in registration process are complete, true, current and correct and that the User will update such Personal information in case of any change thereof;

3.13.9. is fully aware that there is a risk of losing money by carrying out any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities at the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites and undertakes to assume full responsibility for the consequences of any financial losses, waiving any recourse in this regard against LiveSponsors;

3.13.10. he/she has accepted these T&C and all other terms and conditions that can be periodically modified by LiveSponsors; and

3.13.11. he/she is expressly giving consent for LiveSponsors to collect and process his/her Personal Information and that has accepted LiveSponsors’ Policy and all other terms and conditions that can be periodically modified by LiveSponsors.

3.14. LiveSponsors shall in no circumstance be held liable for the consequences of any registration of a User on the Platform which has not been made in accordance with these T&C or whenever any of the declarations of the User mentioned above in paragraph 3.13 of these T&C have been erroneously, falsely, incorrectly, or misleadingly made by that User. In this respect, LiveSponsors warns that it is not able to verify the legality of the registration of a User on the Platform nor of the further use of the Platform in each Jurisdiction and it is the User's responsibility to ensure that either the registration and further use of the Platform are lawful.

3.15. Any decision of LiveSponsors regarding any dispute related to the registration and further use of the Platform will be deemed final and not subject to any sort of appeal or review.

4.1. According to the Loyalty Program, LiveSponsors can award LS Points to a User based on the Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by that User in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

4.2. LiveSponsors starts giving LS Points to a User, under the Loyalty Program, provided the following conditions are met:

4.2.1. that User utilizes the weblink provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform to create a new account at a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website and, consequently, establishing a connection between the Platform and that Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website; and

4.2.2. the connection mentioned in the preceding paragraph is verified and approved by LiveSponsors.

4.3. LS Points earned by a User after the completion and approval of the above referred connection between the Platform and the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website will be credited by LiveSponsors in the LS Account of that User.

4.4. In certain situations, a User may also earn a bonus amount of LS Points if he proceeds to the registration on certain Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, using a weblink provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform. This single-event bonus will be credited in the LS Account of the User solely when the conditions referred below are met:

4.4.1. that User starts carrying out poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities on a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website that has been duly connected to the LS Account of the respective User; and

4.4.2. that poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities mentioned in the preceding paragraph trigger the award of, at least, 1 (one) LS Point by LiveSponsors to that User.

4.5. LS Points granted are always an integral number and any LS Points granted by LiveSponsors to a User are always rounded down. As an example, a “1.7” score achieved by a User based on the Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by that User in a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website corresponds to the grant of 1 LS Point by LiveSponsors to that User.

4.6. The LS Points to be given by LiveSponsors to a User and their respective validity period are dependent on the terms and conditions of the agreements established between LiveSponsors and the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites. Consequently, depending on the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites that different Users utilize to conducts theirs respective poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities, the assessment of the LS Points to be given by LiveSponsors to different Users and their respective validity periods may vary among them.

4.7. As a rule, the LS Points that are given, under the Loyalty Program, by LiveSponsors to a User are daily credited at the LS Account of that User. Nonetheless, there are certain exceptions to this rule. One of those exceptions refers to the situation where the periodicity of the relevant information provided to LiveSponsors by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites has or follows a different (non-daily) time frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly). Other exception relates to the possibility of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites providing the relevant information to LiveSponsors with delays and/or errors, due to any reasons beyond LiveSponsors’ control. Please note, in this respect, that even though LiveSponsors regularly checks all the relevant information provided by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, LiveSponsors cannot give any warranty that, such information will always be provided by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites on due time and without errors. Consequently, either in the situations where the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites have adopted a different time frequency regarding the provision of the relevant information to LiveSponsors or in the cases where there are any delays or errors regarding the information provided by those Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, LiveSponsors shall proceed to the credit of the LS Points to be given to a User as soon as LiveSponsors has at its disposal all the necessary and accurate information to do so.

4.8. All the information regarding the assessment and validity of LS Points awarded by LiveSponsors to a User is available in the User Menu. Therefore, considering that the LS Points to be given by LiveSponsors to a User and their respective validity period may suffer changes from time to time, LiveSponsors recommends that a User should regularly verify the User Menu to check if there are any changes on the assessment and/or validity period of the LS Points that have been credited to him.

4.9. The accuracy of the information provided to LiveSponsors by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites regarding the Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by a User is of the exclusive responsibility of Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites in which such User generated the corresponding Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover. In no event shall LiveSponsors be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for any eventual fault, error or inaccuracy of the information received by LiveSponsors from the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites about the Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by a User.

4.10. Any User can verify the LS Points that have been given and credited by LiveSponsors in his/her LS Account in the User Menu.

4.11. The use of the Net Rake by LiveSponsors to calculate the LS Points to be awarded on a given reference date to a User can result in the grant of a negative amount of LS Points to that User. The grant of a negative amount of LS Points to a User occurs whenever the sum of Bonuses and Chargebacks that were assessed by a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website at that reference date is higher than the Gross Rake generated by that User at the same Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website at the same reference date. Any negative amount of LS Points granted by LiveSponsors to a User based on the Net Rake generated by that User at a certain Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website will not influence the amount of LS Points to be granted by LiveSponsors to the same User based on the Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by the User at others Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites at the same reference date, nor the existing balance of LS Points owned by the User until the moment the negative points are credited by LiveSponsors.

4.12. As a rule, LS Points granted by LiveSponsors to a User may not be transferred, bartered, sold, or traded by that User to a third party in any way or circumstance. Exceptions in this respect might exist subject to a case-by-case analysis of the reasons underlying such eventual transfer, barter, sale, or trade.

4.13. LiveSponsors reserves the right to exclude any User, at any time, from the Loyalty Program associated to all or part of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, immediately ceasing all the benefits and/or advantages related to the Loyalty Program applicable to all or to the corresponding Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

4.14. Any decision of LiveSponsors regarding any dispute related to the Loyalty Program will be deemed final and not subject to any sort of appeal or review.

5.1. Without prejudice of the terms and conditions that have been defined for the Loyalty Program referred in the previous section (which shall remain applicable to the extent that they do not conflict with the provisions of the current Section), LiveSponsors has also developed the VIP Program, a special loyalty program that has been designed to enhance the amount of LS Points granted to a User that often utilizes his/her LS Account to conduct poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

5.2. From the moment a User is registered on the Platform and has concluded a proper connection with a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website, by using a weblink provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform, he becomes eligible – but not entitled – to be offered membership of the VIP Program by LiveSponsors.

5.3. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, offer, deny, or cancel, at any given moment, the status of member of the VIP Program to any User or VIP User.

5.4. A VIP User may be entitled to be awarded by LiveSponsors with an extra percentage (when compared to the common Loyalty Program) of LS Points under the VIP Program.

5.5. The VIP Program has six different statuses, with the following designations: “Player”, “Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Diamond” and “Elite”. Each of these statuses has its own echelon of requirements to be met and rewards (extra percentage of LS Points) to be achieved by a VIP User. The higher the status that has been reached by a VIP User under the VIP Program, the greater will be the extra percentage of LS Points rewarded by LiveSponsors due to the poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity conducted by that VIP User in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

5.6. This extra percentage of LS Points to be granted by LiveSponsors to a VIP User under the VIP Program depends on:

5.6.1. the volume of Gross Rake, Net Rake and/or Turnover generated by that VIP User in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites with whom a proper connection with the Platform has been made; and

5.6.2. the status reached by that VIP User after the corresponding daily update has been made by LiveSponsors.

5.7. In case a VIP User reaches one or more new status of the VIP Program within a given day, the extra percentage of LS Points to be rewarded by LiveSponsors to that VIP User shall depend upon the status reached by that VIP User after the daily update carried out by LiveSponsors.

5.8. All the statuses of the VIP Program are valid until the end of the month following the month in which that status has been reached by a VIP User. As an example, if a VIP User reached the “Gold” status during the month of May of a given year, that VIP User shall maintain the “Gold” status until the 30th of June of the same year.

5.9. A VIP User can keep its status under the VIP Program if he complies with the requirements that have been defined by LiveSponsors to achieve that status.

5.10. A VIP User can check his/her status under the VIP Program in the User Menu. Detailed information regarding the LS Points that have been generated by that VIP User during a given month and the LS points the same VIP User must generate to keep his/her status under the VIP Program or eventually ascend to the next status are also available in the User Menu.

5.11. As a rule, the extra percentage of LS Points granted by LiveSponsors to a VIP User may not be transferred, bartered, sold, or traded by that VIP User to a third party in any way or circumstance. Exceptions in this respect might exist subject to a case-by-case analysis of the reasons underlying such eventual transfer, barter, sale, or trade.

5.12. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, at any given moment, define, update, amend and/or terminate the award to a VIP User of an extra percentage of LS Points or of any other eventual benefits specifically related to the VIP Program.

5.13. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, at any given moment, change, amend or terminate the VIP Program.

5.14. LiveSponsors’ decisions about any aspect of the VIP Program, including but not limited to the interpretation of any specific terms, conditions, and regulations, will be deemed final and not subject to any sort of appeal or review.

6.1. A User can use the LS Points that have been credited by LiveSponsors in his/her LS Account to exchange them for products and/or services made available by LiveSponsors on the Rewards Store.

6.2. While filing in the purchase order form regarding the products and/or services available on the Rewards Store to be purchased in exchange of LS Points, a User is responsible for providing truthful and accurate data to LiveSponsors.

6.3. As a rule, all the purchase orders submitted by a User in the Rewards Store have a maximum period of 72 (seventy-two) hours to be validated by LiveSponsors. In any case, depending on the product and/or service to be purchased by a User, different validation periods by LiveSponsors may be applied.

6.4. Once a purchase order submitted by a User has been validated by LiveSponsors, that User is prevented from amending or cancelling that purchase order.

6.5. The fulfilment by LiveSponsors of purchase orders previously submitted by a User is subject to the availability of the ordered product and/or service at the time the purchase order is made. In the event of LiveSponsors fails to deliver any product and/or service ordered in the Reward Store due to the respective lack of availability at the time the purchase order is made, any LS Points that had been previously deducted by LiveSponsors in exchange of the ordered (but unavailable) product and/or service will be credited back by LiveSponsors to the LS Account of the respective User.

6.6. LiveSponsors reserves the right to remove any product and/or service from the Rewards Store, as well as to change or amend any offers available on the Rewards Store, at any given moment, without prior notice.

6.7. LiveSponsors reserves the right to change the price of any product and/or service available on the Rewards Store, at any given moment, without prior notice. In any case, once a purchase order is submitted by a User and validated by LiveSponsors, the price of the ordered product and/or service will definitively be fixed and may not suffer any further changes.

6.8. Whenever a User purchases, through the Rewards Store, a ticket or a package for a live gambling or betting land-based event in exchange of LS Points credited in his/her LS Account:

6.8.1. that User grants to LiveSponsors, for free, the right to use his/her name and image for marketing and promotional purposes;

6.8.2. that User agrees to help LiveSponsors, for free, on the promotion of the Platform and to act as a spokesperson, at press and other media events, for LiveSponsors and its Platform during and after the end of that live poker or other gambling or betting land-based event;

6.8.3. that User is obliged to wear the LiveSponsors’ logo, for free, in his/her apparatus during his/her participation either in that live poker or other gambling or betting land-based event or in those press and/or other media events; and

6.8.4. in no case can LiveSponsors be held responsible in any capacity whatsoever for any eventual injuries of any kind or additional expenses incurred by the User as a direct or indirect result of participating in the that live poker or other gambling or betting land-based event.

6.9. In case a User becomes a self-excluded player before any gambling regulatory authority, any Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website or is registered on GamStop (or any other national self-exclusion register) and LiveSponsors becomes aware of such self-exclusion situation, if that User has LS Points credited on the respective LS Account, that User will not be able to use those LS Points on the Rewards Store, while the self-exclusion situation persists.

7.1. LiveSponsors has also developed the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, a special loyalty program that has been designed to by LiveSponsors to encourage a User to refer LiveSponsors and its Platform to one or more of his/her friends.

7.2. A User must, prior to be able to be qualified as a Referrer User under the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, mandatorily comply with the undermentioned requirements:

7.2.1. have a LS Account;

7.2.2. remain fully compliant with both the T&C and the Policy (whenever applicable), posted on the Platform;

7.2.3. have proceeded to its own independent evaluation about the interest of promoting LiveSponsors and the Platform, as well as the attractiveness of participating in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program;

7.2.4. have proceed to its own independent verification and evaluation that the laws of the Jurisdiction in which that User is permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled do not prohibit nor limit the possibility of that User to participate in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program and that, consequently, the participation of such User in this program does not violate any rules or laws applicable to him;

7.2.5. not use (nor use in the future) any device, robot, spider, software, routine, or another method (or any similar mechanism or tool) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of either the Platform and/or the Programs, as well as of any information or any transactions that may be offered or carried out at or through the Platform; and

7.2.6. not conduct criminal or otherwise unlawful or unauthorised activities during the use and/or promotion of the Platform and/or the Programs, nor allow that his/her activity as a User of the Platform and/or the Programs is utilized by third parties to conduct any criminal or otherwise unlawful activities under any applicable laws and regulations, namely but not limited to those that such User and/or LiveSponsors are subordinated to.

7.3. The following conditions need to be verified to establish a valid referral connection between a Referrer User and a Referred User:

7.3.1. The Referrer User must share a Referrer User Link with a potential Referred User;

7.3.2. The potential Referred User cannot currently have nor held in the past (under the same name or any other name or alias) a LS Account; and

The potential Referred User clicks on the Referrer User Link to register at the Platform and to become a holder of an LS Account.

7.4. Subject to these T&C, LiveSponsors grants to the Referrer User, solely during the strict period that he is a participant of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use LiveSponsors’ marketing materials (including Referrer User Links) to market and promote LiveSponsors and its Platform before potential Referred Users. This license cannot be sub-licensed, assigned or otherwise transferred by the Referrer User to third parties in any circumstance.

7.5. Under the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, a Referrer User has the responsibility and assumes the commitment towards LiveSponsors to comply with the following obligations:

7.5.1. To guarantee that he shall not proceed to the promotion (through any means, including but not limited to e-mails, SMS, phone calls, posts on social media networks and word-of mouth) of LiveSponsors, the Platform, the Programs and/or Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website nor share the Referrer User Link before someone under age or someone that is or has been, due to any legal reason, excluded from conducting poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities;

7.5.2. To warrant that the Referred Users are of all people of age that can be legally registered at the Platform and have a LS Account;

7.5.3. To do not open LS Accounts on behalf of third parties;

7.5.4. To do not make any efforts, actions or omissions that may cause any of the Referred Users to cancel their registration at the Platform and the termination of their respective LS Accounts, nor to carry out any actions that might lead any of the Referred Users to register in any entity that LiveSponsors may qualify as a direct competitor;

7.5.5. To waive to any rights – apart from the rewards that he may be entitled to receive from LiveSponsors under the form of a «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus and/or «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards – regarding the Referred Users referred to LiveSponsors once such referral occurs; and

7.5.6. To be held liable for all activities that are carried out at the Platform and/or relate to the use of the Programs under the Referrer User’s username, account name, password and/or participation in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, regardless of whether such activities and/or use were authorized or known by the Referrer User or not.

7.6. After the Referred User concludes his/her registration and becomes a holder of an LS Account (turning into a common User), LiveSponsors will award both the Referred User and the Referrer User with a «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus, under the following terms:

7.6.1. The «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus shall be credited by LiveSponsors in the LS Account of the Referred User in the first daily update made by LiveSponsors following the completion of the above referred registration; and

7.6.2. The «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus shall be credited by LiveSponsors in the LS Account of the Referrer User on the day after the Referred User has carried out poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites that triggered the award of, at least, 1 (one) LS Point by LiveSponsors to that Referred User;

7.7. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, grant or not «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards to Referrer Users under the «Refer-a-Friend» Program.

7.8. Whenever the grant of «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards to Referrer Users is applicable, LiveSponsors will track the award of LS Points to Referred Users related to their corresponding poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites for the purpose of assessing the «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards due to the Referrer Users. In this case, LiveSponsors shall report to the Referrer Users, in the respective User Menu, solely the strict information (for instance, the number of Referred Users referred by him) the Referrer User may need to know the «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards he is entitled to. The form and content of these reports made by LiveSponsors may vary from time to time at LiveSponsors’ sole discretion and LiveSponsors cannot be held responsible in any capacity whatsoever in relation to the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of any of such reports.

7.9. The «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards shall be credited by LiveSponsors in the LS Account of the Referrer User on the same day that the Referred User has carried out poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities in the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites that triggered the award of, at least, 1 (one) LS Point by LiveSponsors to that Referred User.

7.10. The Referrer User acknowledges and accepts that, as a participant of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, the following confidentiality of information provisions apply:

7.10.1. All information concerning the operations, structure, personnel, principals, or any other data that can reasonably be considered by LiveSponsors as internal-only information shall be always kept confidential by that Referrer User (even after the termination of his/her LS Account), whether such information includes or not any express reference to its confidentiality status;

7.10.2. LiveSponsors may require to that Referrer User to sign a confidentiality agreement if, at LiveSponsors’ sole discretion, it is determined that the information to be disclosed to such Referrer User requires additional confidentiality covenants;

7.10.3. LiveSponsors reserves the right to inform any Referred Users that they have been referred by a Referrer User; and

7.10.4. Under applicable laws and regulations and due to its duties before judicial and administrative, supervisory, or regulatory authorities, LiveSponsors may be obliged, in certain circumstances, to disclose information (even if confidential) about any Referrer User and its activities and/or transactions carried out at or through the Platform.

7.11. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, at any given moment, define, update, amend and/or terminate the award to Referrer Users of any «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards, under the «Refer-a-Friend» Program.

7.12. LiveSponsors reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, at any given moment, change, amend or terminate the «Refer-a-Friend» Program.

7.13. In case of any amendments made by LiveSponsors to the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, LiveSponsors will assume those amendments have been accepted by the Referrer User if the latter continues to participate and comply with his/her obligations under this program.

7.14. In case of any amendments made by LiveSponsors to the «Refer-a-Friend» Program are deemed as unacceptable by the Referrer User, the latter has the right to terminate its participation in this program, by sending a written notice to LiveSponsors to the following e-mail address: customer.service@livesponsors.com. In this scenario, the Referrer User acknowledges and accepts that the termination of his/her participation in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program has the underlying consequence of the Referrer User waiving any rights related to either any existing «Refer-a-Friend» Bonus and/or «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards that have been credited at his/her LS Account or to any eventual «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards that would be earned in the future by the Referrer User in the absence of the termination of his/her participation in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program.

7.15. The Referrer User has the right to terminate, with or without cause, his/her referral connection at the Platform to any Referred Users referred by him, immediately upon written notice to LiveSponsors to the following e-mail address: customer.service@livesponsors.com. Likewise, LiveSponsors has the right to terminate, with or without cause, a referral connection at the Platform between a Referrer User and any Referred Users referred by him, immediately upon written notice to the e-mail address the Referrer User has provided to LiveSponsors. In either cases, the termination of a referral connection between a Referrer User and a Referred User shall result in the loss of the right to any eventual «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards that would be earned in the future by the Referrer User in the absence of the termination of that referral connection.

7.16. The termination of all the referral connections at the Platform between a Referrer User and the Referred Users referred by him shall result in the automatic termination of the participation of the Referrer User in the «Refer-a-Friend» Program and in the withdrawal of all benefits (such as the assessment of any eventual «Refer-a-Friend» Rewards) and licences (such as the one related to the use of use LiveSponsors’ marketing materials to market and promote LiveSponsors and its Platform) granted to the Referrer User under this program.

7.17. LiveSponsors’ decisions about any aspect of the «Refer-a-Friend» Program, including but not limited to the interpretation of any specific terms, conditions, and regulations, will be deemed final and not subject to any sort of appeal or review.

7.18. The following provisions are specifically and solely applied to the «Refer-a-Friend» Program if both the Referred User and the Referrer User are permanently or temporarily resident or domiciled in Portugal and are registered at LiveSponsors’ partner “Betano Portugal”:

7.18.1. From 25th February 2021 onwards, both the Referred User and the Referrer User shall be awarded once by LiveSponsors with € 2,5 (two euros and fifty cents) in free bets, subject to the following conditions:

7.18.1.1. The Referred User will be entitled to receive its award after carrying out, at least, 1 (one) poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity at Betano Portugal’s website (available at www.betano.pt);

7.18.1.2. The Referrer User will be entitled to receive its award after the Referred User has carried out, at least, 1 (one) poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity at Betano Portugal’s website (available at www.betano.pt);

7.18.1.3. LiveSponsors will grant the awards to both the Referred User and the Referrer User on the first Tuesday following the first poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity carried out by the Referred User at Betano Portugal’s website (available at www.betano.pt);

7.18.1.4. The Referred User can benefit for the award granted by LiveSponsors a single time;

7.18.1.5. The Referrer User can benefit for the award granted by LiveSponsors a single time for each Referred User, but there is no limit on the number of Referred Users that can be referred by a Referrer User; and

7.18.1.6. No standard LS Points will be rewarded by LiveSponsors to either the Referrer User and the Referred User related to the awards given by LiveSponsors under this specific «Refer-a-Friend» Program ;

7.18.2. The free bets awarded by LiveSponsors under the preceding paragraph are valid for 7 (seven) days after being credited by Betano Portugal at both the Referrer User’s and the Referred User’s accounts held at Betano Portugal, respectively, with minimum odds of 2.00 (two);

7.18.3. Both LiveSponsors and Betano Portugal may terminate, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, this exclusive «Refer-a-Friend» Program, without awarding any specific compensation to the Referrer User; and

7.18.4. Besides these T&C, all the terms and conditions foreseen by Betano Portugal and available at the latter’s website (www.betano.pt) apply.

8.1. LiveSponsors either owns all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to programs, services, processes, designs, software, technologies, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights (including copyrights in software), patent, database rights, domain names, know-how and any other rights connected to its Services and Platform or software necessary to use them or LiveSponsors has the authorization of the rightful owner of the said intellectual property rights to use and/or display them on or through the Platform.

8.2. A User is allowed to make use of the Platform’s content only for his/her personal use.

8.3. Under no circumstances shall the use of the Platform grant a User any interest in any intellectual property rights owned by LiveSponsors or any third party.

8.4. With the exception of Videos made available on the Platform (which a User may share the respective weblink on social networks), a User must not nor allow any third person to copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell, distribute, alter, add to, delete, remove or tamper with the Platform, any part of it including any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights notices affixed to the Platform, any proprietary software compromising the Platform and/or any software made available for download without LiveSponsors’ express prior written consent.

9.1. LiveSponsors is bound to due care in performing all its obligations under these T&C and can only be held liable by a User if it is proved that the former committed a gross negligence, a fault or a deliberate action carried out by its directors, officers, managers, employees, or representatives that caused a substantial damage to that User.

9.2. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall LiveSponsors or any other member of the group of companies LiveSponsors may be a part be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Platform by a User or a third party even if LiveSponsors had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.

9.3. In no event can LiveSponsors be held responsible in any capacity whatsoever in relation to a User for the services, webpages, or contents of Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites to which weblinks may be sometimes provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform. In this respect, even though LiveSponsors regularly checks all the information provided by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites regarding a given advertised offer, promotion or campaign, in no event or circumstance can LiveSponsors be held responsible if, for any reason, there are amendments or updates (including those related to the respective termination) made by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites concerning that advertised offer, promotion or campaign.

9.4. In no case can LiveSponsors be held responsible in any capacity whatsoever in relation to any payments (namely, but not limited to the withdrawal of starting capital, winnings, cashbacks) that may be eventually due to a User by any Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website as the latter is the only and exclusive responsible for deciding to whom, when, how, where, in which amount and why those payments have to be made (or not), under the terms and conditions in force in the corresponding Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites Particularly, in no circumstance can LiveSponsors be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for all kind of damages caused to any User or a third party due to delays or problems related to the payment of any cashbacks to be made by any Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website to that User.

9.5. LiveSponsors shall not be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for any damage caused to a User or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from:

9.5.1. any error or inaccuracy related to the Personal Information provided by a User;

9.5.2. any failure or incompetence of the User to accede to the LS Account and/or use the Platform for any given reason;

9.5.3. any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misrepresented or criminal activity carried out by a User through the use of the LS Account and/or the Platform;

9.5.4. the use of the LS Account and/or Platform by a User in a manner not expressly authorized by these T&C and/or contrary to the provisions of these T&C;

9.5.5. the unauthorized use of LS Account and/or the Platform by a third party, namely but not limited to the case where that third party has used the password and credentials of a User to gain access to the respective LS Account and to use the Platform;

9.5.6. the non-compliance by a User of a recommendation issued by LiveSponsors to suspend the use of all or part of the Platform, caused by technical issues or by any other reason whatsoever; or

9.5.7. the occurrence of any damage resulting from the fault or negligence of a User while using the LS Account and/or the Platform or of any damage that could have been avoided if a User had asked for advice or support from LiveSponsors prior to the occurrence of that damage;

9.5.8. any failure to any device or software and/or a damage caused by the use of the Platform, namely if such failure or damage relates to the total or partial reduction of the offers and/or Programs provided by LiveSponsors through its Platform;

9.5.9. any the occurrence of a Force Majeure situation, if LiveSponsors has complied with the notification obligation foreseen on paragraph 10.2 of these T&C; or

9.5.10. any event caused or related, directly, or indirectly, to an administrative or legislative act.

9.6. In no event shall LiveSponsors be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for damage to a User or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from a mistake, misprint, malfunction of the Platform or that of the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites.

10.1. Non-compliance or late performance of any duty by LiveSponsors established in these T&C will not constitute a breach of the same and will be deemed justified if, and to the extent that, it is due to reasons of Force Majeure.

10.2. In the event of Force Majeure, LiveSponsors must as soon as possible notify the Users of such event, and indicate the foreseeable duration of the situation and the measures, if any, that are to be taken by LiveSponsors to eliminate or minimize the impact of the said event.

10.3. Any eventual deadline for LiveSponsors performing any responsibilities established in these T&C affected by Force Majeure will be deemed as suspended for the period during which such situation lasts.

1.1. LiveSponsors recommends that any User should exclusively use the respective LS Account and the Platform for entertainment and recreational purposes and, consequently, a User should carry out any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities at the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites in a responsible and moderate manner. In no circumstance shall a User conduct poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities with the purpose of achieving a given financial income and/or surpassing a particular financial need or difficulty.

1.2. Moreover, LiveSponsors highlights that carrying out poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities may cause or contribute, depending on the respective duration and frequency, to the emergence of an addictive behaviour by a User which, consequently, may lead to serious consequences (e.g., financial, material, personal and/or psychological, among others) for the User and/or the people surrounding him/her.

1.3. A User should regularly check the responsible gaming policies adopted by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites and the advice, instructions and regulations that are published from time to time by the applicable gambling regulatory bodies, namely those related to the procedures for self-exclusion from online poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activities.

1.4. In case a User becomes a self-excluded player, LiveSponsors recommends that such User should either directly terminate his/her personal LS Account or should enter into contact with LiveSponsors so that LiveSponsors can close the respective LS Account on behalf of that User, as quickly and efficiently as possible. In this respect, a User acknowledges that, in the event of closure of his/her LS Account due to gambling addiction, is prohibited from opening a new LS Account.

1.5. In case a User becomes a self-excluded player and/or terminate his/her personal LS Account due to gambling addictions, if the same User can open a new LS Account in contravention of this Section and/or the applicable legal rules regarding responsible gaming, LiveSponsors will not be liable for such an action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages.

In case a User becomes a self-excluded player and still has LS Points credited on his/her LS Account, that User will not be able to use his/her LS Points on the Rewards Store while that self-exclusion status remains in force

13.1. LiveSponsors reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice, a LS Account of a User at any time and for any reason, included but not limited to the circumstances set out in these T&C.

13.2. Any LS Account of a User may be particularly terminated by LiveSponsors at any time, if LiveSponsors suspects that a User is conducting or it is any way involved in prohibited or detrimental practices, such as, but not limited to, collusion, cheating, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity or any action in bad faith or that is detrimental to the conduct of LiveSponsors’ business and/or reputation.

13.3. When a User is in breach of these T&C, LiveSponsors may, at its sole discretion, prior to any suspension or termination of the respective LS Accounts, send a written notice to the e-mail address that User has provided to LiveSponsors informing the latter has breached these T&C and requiring him to correct the faulty relevant actions and/or omissions.

13.4. Irrespective of whether LiveSponsors suspends or terminates a LS Account of a User, LiveSponsors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and/or deem void any benefits that a User could eventually be entitled to, whenever there is technological failure, or occurs a breach of these T&C caused by the User.

13.5. Upon the suspension of a LS Account of a User for any given reason:

13.5.1. The User is prohibited from using the Platform to conduct any poker, sports betting and/or other gambling activity until the date upon which it is reactivated by LiveSponsors;

13.5.2. The User is prohibited from using LiveSponsors’ marketing materials (including Referrer User Links) to market and promote LiveSponsors and its Platform before potential Referred Users until the date upon which it is reactivated by LiveSponsors;

13.5.3. The User will not be entitled to any benefits related to the Programs until the date upon which it is reactivated by LiveSponsors; and

13.5.4. LiveSponsors will not credit any benefits, namely but not limited to LS Points, in his/her LS Account until the date upon which it is reactivated by LiveSponsors.

13.6. Upon termination of a LS Account of a User due to the breach of these T&C:

13.6.1. That User shall be permanently prohibited from having a new LS Account and LiveSponsors reserves the right not to permit the registration of a new LS Account. In exceptional and duly substantiated circumstances, this ban may be lifted by LiveSponsors;

13.6.2. All the existing benefits, namely but not limited to LS Points, that has been previously credited by LiveSponsors in the LS Account will be deemed void and forfeited by that User and, consequently, LiveSponsors will not refund, through any means or equivalent arrangements, to that User the LS points or any eventual benefits that might be available in that LS Account at the time of its termination;

13.6.3. All the eventual future benefits, namely but not limited to LS Points, that User could be entitled, namely but not limited to his participation in the “Refer-a-Friend” Program will be definitively forfeited;

13.6.4. The license granted by LiveSponsors to that User to utilize LiveSponsors’ marketing materials (including Referrer User Links) to market and promote LiveSponsors and its Platform before potential Referred Users will expire immediately; and

13.7. LiveSponsors reserves the right to initiate and carry out any legal actions against that User in case LiveSponsors has any direct or indirect damage and/or is required to pay to a third party, under a final court decision, any sort of indemnity or compensation due to the User’s infringement of these T&C, any violation of the law and/or any third party’s rights. In this respect, the User responsible for such infringement(s) agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveSponsors, the group of companies LiveSponsors may be a part of and its shareholders, directors, and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of the above referred infringements.

14.1. LiveSponsors reserves the right to periodically change or update, at any time, without notice, these T&C under which the Platform and/or the Programs are offered, for several reasons which include without limitation commercial reasons, compliance with laws or regulations, instructions, guidance, or recommendations from a regulatory body, or for customer service reasons.

14.2. Any changes or updates to the T&C will be posted on the Platform and in case a User has enabled the option to receive a newsletter from LiveSponsors, will also be notified to that User through a newsletter.

14.3. Any changes or updates to the T&C should take immediate effect as soon as they are posted in the Platform and, consequently, it is a responsibility of the Users to regularly verify any changes or updates to the T&C.

14.4. If a User continues to be registered on the Platform after the changes or updates to the T&C take full effect, LiveSponsors deems that that User has accepted them and it is bound by the new T&C, including any additions, removals, or substitutions.

14.5. In case a User does not accept the changes and/or updates to the T&C, that User:

14.5.1. Must stop using the respective LS Account;

14.5.2. Must stop visiting the Platform; and

14.5.3. Should use the option to terminate its registration on the Platform.

15.1. These T&C (including any variation or modification thereto) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

15.2. A User irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portugal Continental courts to resolve any disputes or issues arising out of or related to these T&C, the Policy and/or their applicability.

16.1. If any part of these T&C is found null or otherwise invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable by an entity duly empowered to this end, such nullity, invalidity, ineffectiveness, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the T&C.

16.2. No waiver of any breach of these T&C will be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach and the failure of LiveSponsors to enforce any provisions of these T&C at any time will not be interpreted as a waiver of that provision by LiveSponsors.

16.3. A User automatically signs up to receive the newsletters from LiveSponsors. If a User no longer wishes to receive a newsletter from LiveSponsors, the User can disable the option of the respective delivery by using the option “Unsubscribe” that exists at the bottom of each newsletter that is remitted by LiveSponsors to the User.

16.4. At any time, LiveSponsors has the right to transfer all or part of its Services, the Platform and/or the Programs to a third-party. If that situation occurs, the User shall be duly informed through the e-mail address the User has provided to LiveSponsors.

16.5. The cashback rates that may be applied to a User are solely and exclusively defined by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites. Consequently, if, due to any reason, a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website decides to reduce, at any given moment, the cashback rates that would be applied to a User, LiveSponsors cannot be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for such decision, as LiveSponsors does not have the power or capacity to either influence or change it. In any case, LiveSponsors undertakes to inform the Users about any changes to the cashback rates made by the Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Websites, as soon as possible after LiveSponsors becomes aware of those changes. This commitment made by LiveSponsors does not remove the obligations of the Users, when completing their registration at a Poker, Sports Betting and/or Gambling Website, of being duly informed about the terms and conditions that may be in force in that website and acknowledging all the rights, duties and consequences that such registration may imply to that User.
